Kiwanis International is divided into about 90 districts all over the world.
The district Belgium-Luxembourg is part of the European Federation (KI-EF: Kiwanis International European Federation) together with 9 other European districts.
Each district is headed by an executive board consisting of a governor, a secretary, a treasurer, his predecessor (immediate past governor) and his successors (elected governor and vice-governor).
Together with the lieutenant governors, they form the Board of Directors.
