Kiwanis International has approximately 90 districts worldwide. The Belgium-Luxembourg District, along with nine other European districts, is part of the European Federation (KI-EF).
Each district is led by an Executive Committee consisting of the Governor, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the Past Governor (immediate predecessor), the Governor-elect, and the Vice Governor. Together with the Lieutenant Governors, they form the full Board of Directors.
